Michael John Garrett, Sr., age 64, passed away on April 29, 2024, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburg, Indiana.

Michael was born on January 5, 1960, the son of Ralph Doty and Dorothy Jane Garrett in Olney, Illinois. Michael is a retired oil field worker who loved fishing, the outdoors, and being around family and friends. Hel oved listing to country music.
Michael is survived by: his son Michael Garrett Jr. and life partner Stephanie Colclasure of Olney, Illinois;
Brothers; James Garrett and Wayne Garrett of Olney, Illinois
Sister; Cherylynn Hill of Salem, Illinois
Sister; Vivian and Diego Sanchez of Olney, Illinois
Many Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren
Michael is preceded in death by his parents Doroty Jane Garrett and her life partner Ralph Doty,
Grandparents Bernice and Jesse Garrett, and his life partner Sandrea Heath.
